All registration fees displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. The fee includes access to conference sessions and benefits as mentioned in the selected registration category.
Once the payment is successfully completed, a confirmation email along with a payment receipt will be sent to the registered email address. In case you do not receive confirmation, please contact our support team.
If a payment fails or is deducted without successful registration, the amount will be automatically reversed by the payment gateway within 7–10 working days, subject to bank processing timelines.
Conference registration fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific category or under exceptional circumstances decided by the organizing committee.
Paid registrations are non-transferable. Any request for transfer must be approved by the conference organizers and may be subject to additional charges.
